Masterbatch is a grain-shaped talc based on a polymer. It provides a convenient way to mix talc into thermoplastics without contamination by dust. Our talc masterbatch can be added to most polyolefin, improving some of the properties of the polymer and bringing economic benefits. Also, due to its special manufacturing method, it is easy to process by optimizing flow ability and dispersion in most processing processes. The product masterbatch is widely used for a variety of applications, including injection and extrusion types, sheets, films and pipes. The greatest advantage of using the talc masterbatch is the improved thermal conductivity. The higher the talc content, the higher the thermal conductivity, the higher the heat conductivity, the less time it takes for the plastic mixture to heat or cool. This may reduce the injection molding cycle and increase the output of the extruder. In addition, the use of the polymer is reduced by the amount of use of the talc master layout, which reduces raw material costs.

Q. How to use masterbatch?
A:Step 1: Confirming the Dosage Ratio.(Usually we suggest proportion is 1%-4%, it is depends on your request.)
Step 2: Mixing the raw material and masterbatch together by blender mixer according to the dosage ratio.
Step 3: Arrange the production as usual.
Q. How long the masterbatch could be stored?
A: If stored under a dry and cool environment, the quality of masterbatches will not change even after a long period of store, for the pigments fixed on the carrier resin which stay in a closed state.

A: Yes,sample is free, but express fee like DHL,Fedex,etc is collected.
Q. Does the masterbatches influence the property of products?
A: Some pigments have effect on flame resistance. It should be mentioned as first if is used for flame resistance products.
