Plastic dewatering and defoaming agent: suitable for thermoplastic polyolefins, such as; PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, biodegradable plastics, recycled plastics, wood-plastic composite materials, PE high fillers and so on. Such as: film, tableware, plates, sheets, pipes, profiles, extrusion, injection molding, calendaring, etc. It has good compatibility with these plastics and can be compatible with plastics by adding inorganic and organic fillers. According to the moisture content of the plastic to be processed, the added amount must be moderate. The moisture in the plastic corresponds to the percentage of water absorption of the added weight of the plastic dewatering defoamer. The plastic dewatering defoamer must be completely reacted with the moisture in the plastic. When finished, plastic dewatering and defoaming agents must not remain in the plastic products, otherwise the second delay reaction will cause the products to be complacent.

For example, the proportion of defoaming masterbatch added is 1%-2% for blown film production. If used in sheet and injection moulding production, the addition ratio is 2%-5%. If used in pipe production, add 2%-5%. Specific addition proportion should be added at the discretion of users according to the moisture condition of plastics.
