Introduction:

 

Plastic dewatering and defoaming agent: suitable for thermoplastic polyolefins, such as; PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, biodegradable plastics, recycled plastics, wood-plastic composite materials, PE high fillers and so on. Such as: film, tableware, plates, sheets, pipes, profiles, extrusion, injection molding, calendaring, etc. It has good compatibility with these plastics and can be compatible with plastics by adding inorganic and organic fillers. According to the moisture content of the plastic to be processed, the added amount must be moderate. The moisture in the plastic corresponds to the percentage of water absorption of the added weight of the plastic dewatering defoamer. The plastic dewatering defoamer must be completely reacted with the moisture in the plastic. When finished, plastic dewatering and defoaming agents must not remain in the plastic products, otherwise the second delay reaction will cause the products to be complacent.

Usage

 

Addition rate by weight of raw materials: take It to the plastic mixing ma chines evenly, then It can be directly processed products. Specific additIon rate of raw materials should be based on the moisture content and weather to determine. proposed addition ratio: I-5%

 

 

Notes

 

Check the condition of inner pa cking and forbid using if damaged;

Should avoId direct contact with masterbatch with hand, when mix them;

Should avoId exposure in the air and recommend you use up them

Within 8 hours when mixed raw material;

Not allowed to heat and dry along with raw materials;

The product not be used up, should be heat-sealing packaged as soon as possible.

 

 

Usage method

 

When the defoaming masterbatch is stirred with the moisture-affected plastic material directly, the product can be processed and produced. For example, the proportion of defoaming masterbatch added is 1%-2% for blown film production. If used in sheet and injection moulding production, the addition ratio is 2%-5%. If used in pipe production, add 2%-5%. Specific addition proportion should be added at the discretion of users according to the moisture condition of plastics.
