Plastic defoaming masterbatch is suitable for various enterprises using PE and PP recycled plastics for product production. Plastic dewatering and defoaming agent: suitable for thermoplastic polyolefins, such as: PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, biodegradable plastics, recycled plastics, wood-plastic composite materials, PE high fillers, etc. Such as: film, tableware, plates, sheets, pipes, profiles, extrusion, injection molding, calendaring, etc. It has good compatibility with these plastics and can be compatible with plastics by adding inorganic and organic fillers.
According to the moisture content of the plastic to be processed, the amount of addition must be moderate. The water content in the plastic corresponds to the water absorption percentage of the plastic dewatering defoamer in the amount added. The plastic dewatering defoamer must completely react with the moisture in the plastic. Plastic dewatering and defoaming agents must not remain in the plastic products, otherwise the product will be damaged by the second delay of the reaction.

When the defoaming masterbatch is stirred with the moisture-affected plastic material directly, the product can be processed and produced. For example, the proportion of defoaming masterbatch added is 1%-2% for blown film production. If used in sheet and injection moulding production, the addition ratio is 2%-5%. If used in pipe production, add 2%-5%. Specific addition proportion should be added at the discretion of users according to the moisture condition of plastics.
