A new generation of highly transparent and toughening coupling dispersant
In plastic color masterbatches and plastic-filled modified masterbatches, in the process of making masterbatches for inorganic powders, powder coupling wetting and dispersing additives are very important. Conventional coupling agents, paraffin, white oil, Polyethylene wax, stearic acid, zinc / calcium stearate, EBS and other lubricating and dispersing agents, under the action of high temperature and water vapor, part of it is absorbed by high temperature powder and part of it is migrated with water molecules. Excess auxiliaries such as paraffin, white oil, polyethylene wax, and stearic acid remain in the plastic products, which reduces cold resistance and is fragile without toughness.
After years of adjustment and use, we have developed a new transparent toughening coupling dispersant that combines coupling wetting, dispersion, and toughening as a whole. It is currently used in color masterbatches, calcium carbonate, talc powder woven bag drawing, blown film high-speed printing bags, transparent inorganic salt masterbatches, and non-woven fabric filled masterbatches. The great advantage is that it has good compatibility with plastic materials, and can play a toughening role in color masterbatches and fillers with PE, PP, and EVA as carriers. Used in black masterbatch, white masterbatch and other color masterbatch, wetting, dispersing, bright and high temperature resistance, no precipitation. The microwave transmission performance of fillers is good. Transparent fillers are mixed with plastics. The prepared food container can be used in an induction cooker.
The transparent masterbatch can be used in transparent injection-molded parts or blown films, and mixed with the raw materials appropriately, so as to achieve the effect of cost savings.
The biggest feature of transparent filling masterbatch is that it is added to all kinds of PP / PE products, and its influence on transparency is very small, which hardly affects the tear resistance and elongation of the film. It has little effect on the transparency of PP / PE, and the transparent filling masterbatch can also be widely used in films, sheets, pipes, containers and other fields. When used in a film, the appropriate amount of addition can improve the transparency of HDPE films, and has little effect on the transparency of LDPE films. At the same time, it has good surface finish and balanced mechanical properties.
