Product Introduction
Na2SO4 filler masterbatch is specially used in the blown film production of LLDPE/LDPE /HDPE. It could improve the properties of tensile, the opening properties and tear strength,etc. It has the very samilar refractive index as PE. The particle size of inorganic materials is smaller than nano, and the passing rate of visible light(390-780mm) wave is high. So it has not any effect to the transparency of products added with suitable qty.
Application method
It could be used directly by mixing the masterbatch and the damp plastic raw material uniformly. For the blow molding, the adding ratio is 1%~2%. For the sheet or injection molding, the adding ratio is 2%~5%. The specific adding ratio is decided by the water content in the plastic.
